Community Assessment & Treatment Services (CATS) is a substance abuse rehabilitation center offering men and women, comprehensive, residential and outpatient recovery services.  CATS is a cornerstone of the Slavic Village neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio, currently celebrating our 26th year of operation.

Employment Opportunities

  • Lake Erie Correctional Institution Counselor

    Status: 1 Full-Time counselor
    Description: Provide individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues clinical recovery services in a jail setting.
    Required: Minimum of LSW, LPC, or LCDC II or III

  • Northeast Ohio Correctional Center Counselor

    Status: 1 Full- Time Counselor
    Description: Provide individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues clinical recovery services in a jail setting.
    Requirements: Required: Minimum of LSW, LPC or LCDC II or III.

  • Outpatient Campus Counselor

    Status: 2 Full-Time Federal/BOP counselor positions available. 3 Full-Time Counselor positions available. Description: Provide clinical recovery services to individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues.
    Required: Minimum of LSW, LPC or LCDC II or III.

  • Outpatient Case Manager

    Status: 1 full-time position available
    Description: Provide resources and recovery services to individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues.
    Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum two years work in counseling or social work setting; Must be registered with the Ohio Credentialing Board as a candidate for CCDC certification.

  • Main Campus Counselor

    Status: 2 full-time position available
    Description: Provide clinical recovery services to individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues
    Required: Minimum of LSW, LPC or LCDC II or III

  • Resident Advocates

    Opening #1: One Part-Time Male RA, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    Description: Provide supervision and direct services to men living in a residential substance abuse/mental health recovery treatment program.
    Required: Previous experience, and/or social service or criminal justice education, preferred.

    Opening #2: Two Part-Time Male RA's, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM.
    Description: Provide supervision and direct services to men living in a residential substance abuse/mental health recovery treatment program.
    Required: Previous experience, and/or social service or criminal justice education, preferred.

    Opening #3: One Full-Time Male RA. Second shift.
    Description: Provide supervision and direct services to men living in a residential substance abuse/mental health recovery treatment program.
    Required: Previous experience, and/or social service or criminal justice education, preferred.

    Opening #4: One Part-Time Female RA. Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM.
