People without money and shelter become employed with a home. People who thought they may never receive the love of their families become reunited. CATS is truly an amazing place.

CATS provides comprehensive treatment programs and services, tailored to meet the individualized needs of individuals who struggle to break free from the chains of addiction, poverty and incarceration. CATS’ residential and outpatient programs are framed by holistic, evidence-based best practices, giving clients the resources and tools necessary to renew their lives upon a foundation of personal responsibility, personal achievement and commitment to sobriety.
